There is a public taxi rank immediately in front of the Arrivals’ Terminal. Public taxis are meter controlled.
Pre-booked cabs are located in a designated area to the rear of the arrivals car park.
There are three rate tariffs that may be applied by both public rank taxis and pre-booked cabs, depending on the time and day:
- Tariff 1 – Monday to Saturday, 7am to 11pm any day of the week after 7am and before 11pm
- Tariff 2 – Monday to Saturday, 11pm to 7am; all day Sunday and Public Holidays
- Tariff 3 – Christmas Eve through to Boxing Day, 7pm to 7am and from 7pm on New Year’s Eve until 7am on 02 January.
These tariffs are set for all journeys from a designated rank. Prices may vary for pre-booked journeys by private cab. Confirm the tariff when making your reservation.
Passengers can expect to pay approximately £15 for a taxi to St Helier (based on tariff 1). Where a journey is pre-booked, an additional charge above the taxi-cab tariff may be charged, especially if early in the morning or late at night. There is no supplement or baggage charge. All taxis can accept payment by card and must offer this service by law.
The number of public taxis available at Jersey Airport can be limited, especially during busy periods. Therefore, you may prefer to pre book a cab to meet you on arrival.
